01/18/23 WE ARE COMMANDED TO EVANGELIZE

01/18/23 WE ARE COMMANDED TO EVANGELIZE

Jesus told His followers (yes, that means today's Christians) to go preaching the GOOD NEWS to all men and teaching them to observe all things that He commands them. So, now the internet and American pulpits are filled with "teachers" and "preachers" proclaiming the errors of men, SUCH AS...
telling the world that God does not love everyone with redeeming love,
telling the world that Jesus did not die for everyone,
telling the world that the Blood of Christ does not save and cleanse from all sin,
telling the world that the Holy Spirit does not thoroughly purify the believer's heart and lead us into a life of victory over temptation,
telling the world that they have no choice (except to sin),
telling the world that God chose for them to live their lives in sin,
telling the world that God chose for them to die hopelessly in their sins.

This is the substitute "GOOD NEWS" of the Prince of Darkness and no matter how you slice it, it is Deviled bologna. Don't be deceived by sinning religion.

Obviously those teachers and preachers are not preaching the GOOD NEWS.
They are preaching another Jesus.
They are preaching another Spirit.
They are preaching another Gospel.
But there is no other Jesus, no other Spirit and no other Gospel.

Sinning religion has been foisted upon Christians since the first century. However, long history and famous names do not make a lie true. Read and believe the Bible without the fancy theological footwork that denies obvious truths, which are stated and explained repeatedly.

If the message does not glorify God and magnify His attributes of love, grace, mercy, compassion, justice, honesty, holiness, then the message is not the message of the Bible.
If the message does not conform believers to the image of Jesus and save them from all sin, then the message is not the message of the Bible.
The God of sinning religion is not the God of the Bible.

The Bible clearly teaches that only those who believe, confess, repent, call on Jesus, and only those who deny themselves, take up their cross daily and follows Jesus, are saved. We do not evangelize simply because it is a command, we evangelize because salvation only comes to those who willingly believe, repent, confess and follow Jesus.

(I really encourage you to read the following passages, all of them, all the way through).

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Acts 1:7-8
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Romans 10:8-17
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Ephesians 2:1-22
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
